Fighting the cold-flu virus from hell

It's relatively easy to make sure you don't catch a cold or the flu by following the guidelines in Cold Beater (Coldbeater.com).

What happens if you catch the flu? What can you do?

I recently came across a case of the flu which had taken over a whole company. All employees of this company were struck down with the flu virus. Symptoms ranged from blocked sinuses, runny nose, throat aches, chest infection, fever, shivering to extreme tiredness.

Many of the employees were still not better over 10 days later, the most common symptom being tiredness. They had tried it all, herbs, medication, rest, fluids etc etc.

What can help people here?

One of the things that helped these people and helped them noticeably was Echinacea. You have probably heard of this herb and many of you may even use it. Bear in mind that you must not use this herb often as your body may get used to it and when you really need it, you won't see any benefits.

However, in this case, Echinacea drops helped the patients see a "significant" improvement from the first day of administration. Some said they had more of a runny nose but generally, it seems that Echinacea got to work by boosting the immune system to fight the horrible virus naturally.

If you have the flu from hell, try taking some Echinacea from a "reputable" supplier. Don't buy just any old cheap stuff and try and go for the drops.

As a side note, if you have blocked sinuses, runny nose, headache etc, try rubbing your ears for 10 mins each every day. Rub every part vigorously as if you are trying to pinch and rub the pain out. You will be amazed how effective this is for general well being.
