Cure for hives?
Thanks for your feedback. I have been researching and experimenting on some stuff and came across a possible "cure" or at least "aid" to hives/urticaria. Now, I have tried this on 7 people so far who get hives as a result of getting hot or heat/sun and it seems to have improved their condition anywhere from 70-100%. This is by no way scientific so please don't give me a hard time with it...but if you do have hives, especially if it is triggered by the sun/heat, then give this a try: Buy the Piz Buin "Allergy" sun screen of at least 30 spf or ideally 50 and rub it all...
Nail Psoriasis
I have been working with some people, trying to get rid of their various ailments. Anyway, one observation I have made is that nail Psoriasis (and potentially other forms of Psoriasis) seems to be greatly helped and/or alleviated by removing honey and sugar from the diet. In particular, I have noticed honey to be a culprit in "nail" Psoriasis. My question is have you seen the same? Has anyone looked into this before or had similar experiences? I have seen quite good results in 5 cases. Anyway, worth a try. Let me know if you see positive results and I shall update my...

How to avoid catching a cold or flu
A cold is your own body’s way of telling you to stop. It is your body communicating with you. This communications is usually a little bit late, as by the time a cold is coming on, you have already ignored warning signs and reached almost a point of no return – almost, because you can still reverse a cold, if you choose to. Don’t get bogged down with all the mumbo jumbo on colds, flu, need for medication or flu jabs etc. A cold (and flu – both the same really) is your body’s way of telling you that you have/are over doing it and that you must relax and adjust a...
