Quick remedy for erection problems

Sexual problems for men can be caused by many factors and can manifest themselves in a variety of forms. This forum will be addressing them in great detail.

In this particular post, I want to deal with a "quick fix". This quick fix uses a number of well-known ingredients to get you hard and ready for action. If this works for you, then great, keep doing it. If it doesn't, then you need to read future posts on this forum which will address the problem in greater detail.

Blood supply to the penis is the key
The penis is not a "muscle" as it is often thought. It is an organ with lots of blood vessels. These fill up with blood to get you hard. If for some reason you don't get a good, regular supply to the penis, you may find that you do not get an erection or that it is erratic or not hard.

Certain things do not help erection problems, namely: smoking, lack of aerobic exercise and a bad diet.

Smoking directly affects blood vessels and the delivery of blood. Lack of exercise will affect your circulation. Not eating certain foods will also affect your penis.

A short to long-term fix for erection problems can be giving up smoking, starting to do aerobic exercise and eating certain foods such as seeds, nuts, carbohydrate rich foods and shellfish.

This may not work for everyone but here it goes. First of all, if you can get hold of some Yohimbe, then do so and take it for a few days. This is a great herb for boosting your Testosterone levels. It is banned in many countries but an be purchased legally from the USA.

The fire behind an erection is Testosterone. If you are low on Testosterone, then it is very unlikely that you will get an erection. So you can start off by using Yohimbe or a Testosterone product such as Norateen Heavyweight II from LA Muscle or any good reputable ZMA product. Take these as directed i.e. 3 times a day.

This is your programme, assuming you are going to make love at night:

Morning - Holland and Barrett sell a liquid Ginseng with Vitamin E. Take 8 ml of this in the morning on an empty stomach.
Take 1000mg (2g) of L-Arginine in the morning with breakfast. Don't go for the cheap stuff as it will probably contain low grade raw ingredients
Take 15mg of Zinc
Take a vitamin B-Complex tablet.
Lunch:
Take 100mg (1g) of L-Arginine with lunch
Take 15mg of Zinc
Salad with at least 5 tea-spoonfulls of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 hours before love-making:
Take 8ml of the liquid Ginseng drink
2-3 tea-spoonfulls of extra virgin olive oil (in salad if you can just drink it! - make sure you have all of it!)

1 hour before love-making:
Take 2500mg of L-Arginine
Take 1400iu of Vitamin E
Take 600mg of Aspirin (only if you are not allergic to it or not have an ulcer - this is optional - have it with a banana)


As I said, this is a "quick fix" which works for most people. Sexual problems, especially erection problems can be VERY complex and may need various other things to truly conquer them.
